The DACS is a Department of Defense (DoD) Information Analysis Center (IAC) which is administratively managed by the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) under the DoD IAC Program. The DACS is technically managed by Rome Laboratory (RL) and operated by Kaman Sciences Corporation.
