Three new DACS products are introduced in this issue of the newsletter: An update of the NASA/SEL Dataset; the latest DACS report, A Review of Formal Methods; and the Ada Compiler Evaluation System (ACES).
In addition to providing our users with products and a technical inquiry service, the DACS provides extensive analytical and technical support to several organizations via Technical Area Tasks (TAT). A brief overview of selected DACS TATs are described in this issue. Contact Mr. Dan Snell of the DACS if you are interested in learning more about the DACS TAT Program.
Mr. Mark Gindele, a Senior Cost Analyst with the Naval Air Warfare Center, introduces Managing Software through Improved Cost Management (Part I) in the Close Up Corner.
